Congratulations on your printed Tshirt or Apparel from Tshirt Workshop! To keep your design looking fresh and vibrant for a long time, follow these simple steps:

DO

  • Wash in cold water
  • Use gentle cycle
  • Turn inside-out when washing
  • Air dry in shade
  • Use mild detergent
  • Wash separately for first few washes

DON'T

  • Use hot water
  • Tumble dry
  • Iron directly on print
  • Use harsh detergents
  • Expose to direct sunlight when drying
  • Place heavy items on folded garments
Washing Instructions

For best results when washing your printed t-shirts:

  • Select cold water settings on your washing machine to preserve both the colors of your T-shirt and the integrity of the print
  • Use the gentle or delicate cycle to avoid excessive agitation, which could potentially damage the print
  • Always turn garments inside-out before washing to protect the outer design from rubbing against other clothes
  • Wash separately for the first few washes to prevent color transfer
  • Choose mild detergents without bleach or harsh chemicals to ensure the longevity of both the fabric and the print
Drying Instructions

To properly dry your printed garments:

  • Avoid tumble drying, especially for polyester items or poly blends like Hoodies that can heat up very quickly when machine dried
  • Air dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight which can bleach colors over time
  • Hang your t-shirts to prevent creases
  • If folding is necessary, avoid placing heavy items on top
Ironing Tips

If your garment requires ironing:

  • Turn the garment inside-out
  • Iron on the reverse side, never directly on the print which can cause it to crack or peel
  • Use low to medium heat settings
  • Avoid steam directly on printed areas
Storage Recommendations

To properly store your printed garments:

  • Hang in your wardrobe when possible rather than folding to minimize creases
  • If folding, place prints facing outward to minimize pressure
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid overstuffing drawers which can create unwanted creases

By following these care instructions, you'll ensure your printed clothing maintains its vibrancy and stays a standout piece in your wardrobe.

Returns Policy

We Accept Returns For:

  • Faulty items
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrectly printed items

Return Window: 14 days from delivery

Please review and comply with our user returns agreement for a smooth process.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Noticeable wear
  • Makeup stains
  • BYO/supplied garments
  • Change of mind
  • Errors in approved proofs/mockups
  • Non 'print-ready' artwork
  • Shipping delays
  • Supplier stock issues
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Courier errors if dispatched correctly by the due date

Important Order Details:

  • All orders are final once placed and paid
  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after payment
  • Cancellation fee: $30 per order (to cover return costs to original supplier)
  • Size and print measurements have a ±2cm tolerance
  • All orders are subject to stock availability

It's essential to double-check artwork, quantity, and shipping details before making payment.

Verbal agreement, payment, or email approval constitutes authority to proceed. Please check thoroughly before approving.

While we take utmost care in printing your artwork, we're not liable for client errors. Due to the production process, colors, position, size, and scale are indicative only.

How to Return

If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help. Here's how to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@tshirtworkshop.com with:
    • Purchase date
    • Order number
    • Item details
    • Reason for return
    • Photo showing the issue
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, we'll arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A refund

Some cases may require returning the product to us.

We are unable to provide direct returns if wash care instructions have not been followed. Always get in touch though so we can help with your options.

  • We'll verify the issue based on photos provided
  • We'll determine the appropriate solution based on the nature of the problem

  • Low-quality artwork uploads may result in a poor print
